Посылка шла в Челябинскую область менее месяца. Товар упакован был в пенопластовую коробку и в пупырчатый почтовый мешок. Это, к сожалению, не помогло. В процессе доставки коробка была раздавлена с одной стороны и деревянная подставка деформирована. Но подставку возможно починить, т.к. сделана она из дерева. Колбы оказались целы. Продавец в пересылке не участвует, поэтому ставлю 5 звезд. В общем, товар соответствует описанию. Продавца рекомендую.

заказала в начале августа. первый раз пришла посылка недели за 3. трек отслеживался, запаковано хорошо, но с учётом длительной доставки, хрупкого стекла и двух металлических штырей-креплений, одна колба пришла с трещиной на горлышке. написала продавцу, попросила отдельно отправить колбу. продавец согласился и выслал через день новую посылку. она шла 64 дня (основные 55 дней по Китаю). конечно целой за такой срок она не дошла. но продавец вместо одной колбы выслал повторно такой же набор. одна колба из двух доехала. из двух наборов собрала один целый ))) продавцу плюсы: и срок защиты продлил, и выслал без проблем повторно. вазочка прикольная.

very pleased with product and price, i bought 2 as presents, the foam packaging on one was collapsed, nothing broken but i think i was lucky by buying two the other one offered more protection. will be buying more as they are a lovely way of growing cuttings. thank you seller, just look at more bubble wrapping to protect package.
